How long does a wild bunny take to get use to being a ';house bunny';?

we have these wild baby bunnies and they keep hitting the cage and trying to get out. one of them escaped but then we found it behind a couch. how long does it take for them to get use to being ';house bunnies'; instead of wild bunnies? How long does a wild bunny take to get use to being a ';house bunny';?
You might have looked after them for all the right reasons and i bet you have done a very good job of it but now they are telling you that it is time for them to go you have had lots of advice and i feel you need to go to one of them to release them back to the wild where they belong knowing that you did your best for themHow long does a wild bunny take to get use to being a ';house bunny';?
I work at a wildlife rehab center, and wild bunnies will never become ';pet bunnies.'; They are an extremely high stress animal and will easily die from being handled.

It would be best to contact your local rehab center, or put them back in their burrow. Meanwhile you can cover the tank they are in, to lessen their distress, just make sure they have an air supply. Depending on age they may have to be tube fed a specialized formula.

The mother only feeds them at night so it is very unlikely you will see her. you can lay string in front of the burrow to see if it has been disturbed during the night.

In some states it is illegal to raise wild bunnies. Be careful handling them as they can break their backs while kicking to get away.
You know it's illegal to keep rabbits caught from the wild. Baby bunnies never ever do well in the wild unless they're completely weaned and full grown. They will die if you don't let them go back to their family. It's illegal and cruel to take a wild animal and stuff it in a cage
They will NEVER be ';house bunnies';. It is illegal to keep wild rabbits. They are hitting the cage because they are stressed out and will die. If they're eyes are open and ears are up then you must release them before it's too late.

where do you live?
They will probably never get used to being a house bunny. They will always be wild animals. You need to release them back into the wild.
they never will really, its cruel to keep wild creatures in a cage. You need to let them go and buy a pet rabbit from a pet store.
YOUR KEEPING WILD BABY RABBITS?? THAT'S ILLEGAL AND CRUEL!! LET THE LITTLE DARLINGS GO!! THEY WILL NOT LIVE!!! YOU CRUEL CRUEL PERSON!!!!!!!!!!! (AAAAAH CRY CRY CRY SNIFF CRY CRY SNIFF SNIFF)
